Reported signature limit is 10–100 KB this year (4–50 KB earlier), so 10–50 KB is used to pass either. Photo is 3.5×4.5 cm.

The photograph should be recent and in colour, with about 80% of the face visible including ears, on a white background. Size is 3.5×4.5 cm.
The signature is 3.5×1.5 cm on white paper. NTA reportedly raised the signature limit and lowered the photo limit for 2026.
JEE Main also asks for a live photo during the application, and the portal expects files named Photograph and Signature.
