Tips to avoid rejection
- The photo must be recent (taken after 1 January of the exam year), on a white background, with about 80% of the face visible and ears showing.
- Sign in black ink on white paper in running handwriting, not in capital letters.
- Thumb impressions are taken on white paper, the left thumb in blue ink.
- Keep several printed copies of the passport and postcard photos for later use.
